1838 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Olive oil judge Sue and husband Neil Clubb hand craft their 1838 extra virgin olive oil.

A genuinely artisan approach to production means that they grow their own olives, press them and bottle their oil, all on their forty hectacre property in Pipeclay Lane, the site of 19th century goldfields in Mudgee. Unlike many oils, 1838 does not suffer from transporting olives or production delays. The oil is produced on the Clubb’s Mudgee property within twenty four hours of picking.

1838 is a green, herbaceous extra virgin olive oil with great balance, terrific aromas on the nose, leaving a very clean sensation on the palate……typical of the best early harvest oils.
